We begin by taking into consideration your career needs and geographical preferences. Based on
that information, we then conduct an extensive search for any published openings that qualify. They
may come from career sites, company websites, our network of placement, our network of retained
and confidential search recruiters or from information we gather in our daily research. We will also
conduct research on positions you provide.
When we uncover a position we feel will interest you, we send it to you for your approval. Once
approved, we begin the research process where we learn as much as possible about the company,
its history and where it’s headed, press releases, interviews with top executives etc. We then
determine who the decision maker will be for that specific position and conduct research pertaining
to that individual. One of the things we look for is any commonality between the two of you so you
can use that to your advantage when contact is made. This information is returned to you within 24
hours of the approval process.
Once the position and decision maker are identified, we will package your skills in format that shows
your skills as they relate to the job description requirements and responsibilities. Our goal at this
point is to provide a perfect match to the hiring manager using a qualification match type format.
Once contact is made, you will likely be asked for your resume. We then help you write your resume
so it specifically addresses the needs for that position, help you to get the interview and work with
you closely each step of the process including salary negotiations.
Our methods are focused on very specific situations and are designed to get you noticed by an
employer. We take each opportunity one step at a time.
The fee is due and payable upon acceptance of this agreement by both parties. An additional is due
30 days after you begin employment with any employer. Payment may be made by Credit Card or

provide deep research on each company and the hiring authority to enable you to zero in on what
will get their attention. Together, we will pursue each opportunity until it’s apparent there is no
further chance of securing an interview. Your responsibility is to keep the process moving by reading
the research.
We are not professional resume writers and will provide you with a Qualifications Match format that
will bring out the required skills for each position we agree is worthy of your attention.
We will teach you how to interview and you will receive a booklet that provides a planning process
that will allow you to take charge of your interview, write an effective commercial about yourself and
give you confidence presenting yourself for a position.
We never mass mail resumes. This does not work.
